No. We use the two-bucket method, microfibre mitts and premium products for a gentle wash. Unlike the rollers of automatic stations, our hand wash preserves your car's clear coat.

Duration depends on the package and vehicle size. A Premium Hand Wash takes about 1 hour, an Interior Care between 1.5 and 2 hours, an Essential Care between 2 and 3 hours, and a full Prestige Care between 3.5 and 5 hours.

Prestige Care includes everything in Essential Care (hand exterior wash + full interior clean), plus fabric or leather seat shampooing, carpet and floor mat shampooing, a protective wax treatment for the bodywork, and tyre dressing.

We adapt to the condition of each vehicle. If extra work is needed, we will let you know on site before starting. We recommend emptying the interior and boot before our arrival to optimise service time.

Yes, our Optical Restore service polishes and treats yellowed or cloudy headlights. Results are guaranteed: restored visibility and headlights looking like new. Applied per pair of front headlights.

Engine shampoo involves degreasing and deep steam cleaning of the engine bay. The result is impeccable with zero risk to electronics. Available as a standalone service or as an add-on to any other service. Ideal before resale or for a complete vehicle overhaul.

Ozone treatment uses a generator that diffuses ozone inside the vehicle to neutralise bad odours at the source (cigarette, pets, mould, vomit). It is always performed after a full interior clean for a lasting result. Allow 30 to 45 minutes of treatment followed by mandatory ventilation of the vehicle.

Yes, we offer waterless cleaning — ideal for underground car parks, offices or any location without water access. This method uses specialist products that clean and protect the bodywork without rinsing. Simply mention it in the comments when booking.

Yes, deep shampooing of seats (fabric or leather) and carpets/mats is available, as an option or included in the Prestige Care package. Perfect for removing stains, watermarks and ground-in dirt.

Fill in the online booking form by selecting your service, vehicle and an available time slot. You will receive a confirmation email once your booking has been validated by us.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred slot. Last-minute bookings are possible subject to availability.

We are available on Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday from 9 am to 7 pm. For other days, contact us directly and we will do our best to find a suitable slot.

Yes, contact us by email or phone at least 24 hours before your appointment. A cancellation link is also included in your confirmation email.

We accept cash, credit/debit card, bank transfer and mobile payment (Payconiq, Apple Pay, etc.).

Payment is made after the service, once you are fully satisfied with the result.

Our at-home prices: Premium Hand Wash from €50, Interior Care from €65, Essential Care from €100, Prestige Care from €210, and headlight restoration (Optical Restore) at €100. The final price depends on the vehicle size and options. Travel is included throughout our service area.
